Nagasawa Coffee Opens Modern Shop With Vintage Roaster
Located in Morioka, a city in Northeast Japan, Nagasawa Coffee has opened a modern shop to fit their new 1960s roaster. Moving into a larger space, the owners wanted an open workshop concept, so Arii Irie Architects incorporated a beautiful, 6-metre long terrazzo table. As well as being a place to sit, the table can act as a platform to showcase unroasted, roasted and packaged beans to highlight the different stages of the roasting process.
