Local Label Venroy Venture Into Winter Leisure Wear

Go on, admit it, there’s been at least one night this winter when you’ve wished you could have left the house wearing trackies. Though you’ll never find us endorsing this, we can get behind a label who bring comfort and warmth to more tailored styles. Local label, Venroy, have crafted their first Autumn/Winter collection and introduced a range of new styles for the cooler weather.

The brand’s ranges are typically an ode to a beachside lifestyle, and the latest is no exception. Though the new styles are made to wear in colder weather, the sense of summer and leisurely adventure that Venroy is known for is still infused throughout. Featuring pieces that are sure to become wardrobe staples this season, the AW16 range combines top quality fabrics with relaxed, modern cuts. Notable styles include the Linen Bomber; a versatile jacket that features a cotton jersey lining to keep you insulated and cosy while still looking super sharp. The Winter Chinos are also lined with 100% cotton jersey, plus they feature a half elasticated waist band which may come in handy if your winter diet (or lack of) starts to catch up with you.

The winter pieces work just as nicely thrown on after a crisp morning surf as they do on weekend afternoons with friends or out at a bar at night.

As well as creating their first Autumn/Winter range, the Venroy team have also been refining their SS16 collection. Included are new patterns and colours of their well-known Swim Shorts, some refinements to their Linen Shirts, and a wider range of colours for both Linen Lounge Pants and Shorts.
